Switch your routine regularly
Try other exercise routines. If you have been doing cardio, try switching it up to doing dance or zumba. If you are into running, you can do yoga or tai-chi the following week. Be creative! There are so many ways to move your body and have fun at the same time.
Exercise does not have to be complicated. All you have to do is to keep at it, and have fun doing it!
